  • Conducted academic and professional literature review on the implementation of emerging technologies in transportation infrastructure systems.
  • Synthesized archival and interview research into logic models documenting the flow of O&M activities across different contractual vehicles.
  • Assisted in structured interviews with contractual-risk subject-matter experts (state DOT officials, P3 contracting agencies, developers, utilities).
